Certify LEED Gold an industrial building to reduce the consumption of energy and water, and offer high quality interior spaces.

COMMISSIONING

A commissioning process was carried out in HVAC & R systems, lighting, domestic hot water and building management, verifying installation, calibration and performance according to owner’s requirements, design and construction documents. Processes of fundamental and improved commissioning, the first during design, construction and the commissioning, and the second 10 months later, to verify the operation before the expiration of the system warranty.

DAYLIGHT ANALYSIS

Orientation, location of the site, the geometry of the building and skylights to check the amount of daylight available on site, to improve the interior comfort and reduce energy consumption.
